Last few weeks, everyone 'around' me was baking cookies for the celebration of Hari Raya (Eid). I was so tempted to try all sort of cookies recipes posted on here, here and more. Finally I settled on this coconut cookies as I wanted to clear the half pack of coconut flakes. I subbed ground almond with ground peanuts. Again, wanted to clear those leftover stock.
I did not tell Tak I was going to bake this cookies, he was expecting his favourite chocolate chip cookies. When he saw the cookies, he asked "Where are those mold (chocolate chips) on the cookies?" I am pretty sure this batch of cookies will "last" for long... so, I am going to bake something else for this big kid.
